(Answer) No. Not at all. As a matter of fact our rates are generally more affordable than most computer repair shops and mobile tech services in the area. Currently our rates are $49.99 per hours for on-site service.
(Question) What are the payment options that you accept?”
(Answer) We accept cash.checks. all major credit cards and Paypal as a form of payment.
(Question) Should I buy a new computer or get my existing one repaired?”
(Answer) In most cases it is cheaper to repair your existing pc than buy a new one. We can advise you if your pc is at the end of the lifespan and save you money in unnecessary repairs.
(Question) I want to buy a new computer. Can you help me to find the right one?”
(Answer) Yes. We can help you find the right computer for your needs. We will assist you in picking a computer with the right resources at the best price to fit your budget.
(Question) If I buy a new computer can you move my files and settings from the old computer to the new one?”
(Answer) Yes. We can move most of your files and settings to the new machine.
